In cases of high order volume or product backorders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
RRV Enterprises LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs or additional charges imposed by your country’s authorities.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at rrventerprises1030@gmail.com.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
RRV Enterprises LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to correct the address.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must go through our Return Policy process.
