We specialize in pet safety essentials for US dog owners — rechargeable LED safety lights, high-visibility collars and clip-on lights, and everyday gear designed to keep your dog visible and secure, day or night.

Do your safety lights really make a difference at night?
Yes. Our LED safety lights are designed to make your dog visible from a distance in low light, giving drivers, cyclists, and you far more warning on evening and early-morning walks. Visibility is one of the simplest, most effective ways to prevent nighttime accidents.

Is a safety light a replacement for a leash or supervision?
No — and we'll always be honest about that. Our gear is designed to support safe, responsible pet ownership, not replace it. Always keep your dog leashed where required and supervised near roads.

Orders & Billing

Why does my receipt mention RRV Enterprises LLC?
Lantern is our customer-facing brand. Payments, receipts, and support may reference RRV Enterprises LLC, the company that owns and operates Lantern. Your order is completely legitimate and fully supported by our team.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible at support@rrventerprises.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know which size will fit my dog?
Each product page lists the recommended neck size or weight range. If your dog is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort. Not sure? Email us your dog's breed and neck measurement and we'll help you choose.

Are the collars and lights comfortable for all-day wear?
Yes. We prioritize lightweight, skin-friendly materials. That said, we recommend checking the fit regularly and removing gear during crate time or unsupervised periods, as you would with any collar accessory.

Are the LED lights rechargeable?
Most of our LED safety products are USB rechargeable, so there are no disposable batteries to replace. Charging details and runtime are listed on each product page.

How long does a charge last?

Are your products water-resistant?
