Products & Quality
Does the RFID blocking really work?
Yes. Every RFID wallet and card holder we sell includes a built-in RFID-blocking layer that stops wireless scanners from reading the chips in your credit, debit, and ID cards without your knowledge. It blocks the 13.56 MHz frequency used by contactless cards and passport chips — real shielding technology, not a marketing claim. It works the moment your cards are tucked inside — no batteries, no setup, nothing to charge. It's especially useful in crowded places like airports, public transit, and busy streets.
Do your wallets have an AirTag slot?
Many of our wallets include a dedicated Apple AirTag slot — allowing you to track your wallet anywhere using Apple's Find My network. Look for the "AirTag-ready" label on the product page or select the AirTag variant at checkout. The AirTag itself is not included and is sold separately by Apple. Once inserted, the AirTag sits securely inside the wallet without adding noticeable bulk.
Are your wallets made from real leather?
It depends on the product. Many of our wallets are crafted from genuine cowhide leather, crazy horse leather, or top-grain leather — while others use premium vegan (PU) leather. We tell you exactly which material is used right on each product page. If you specifically want genuine leather, look for it stated in the product description before you order.
How many cards do your wallets hold?
Capacity varies by model. Most of our wallets and card holders carry anywhere from 6 to 13+ cards, with extra room for cash or coins depending on the design. The exact card count and dimensions are listed on every product page so you can pick the size that fits how you carry.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order — no minimum purchase required, on every single order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, U.S. delivery takes about 10–15 business days — roughly 2–3 weeks from order to doorstep, with tracking included. During holidays and major sales, processing may take an extra day or two — we'll always email you if there's a delay.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii), U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow it. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you receive that email. If your tracking still hasn't moved after 48 hours, email us and we'll look into it for you.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start, email support@rrventerprises.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back. Once your return reaches us, we inspect it within 2 business days and issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are on our Refunds & Returns page.
My item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — what should I do?
We'll make it right at no cost to you. Email support@rrventerprises.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the item and its packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — as long as you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and it hasn't shipped yet. Email support@rrventerprises.com with your order number and the change you need, and we'll take care of it. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return process above.

What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Checkout is powered and secured by Shopify with SSL encryption — your payment details stay fully protected and we never see or store your full card number.
Is RRV Enterprises a real U.S. business?
Yes. RRV Enterprises is a registered U.S. company — RRV Enterprises LLC — serving customers across all 50 states. Our customer support is handled by real people, with no bots and no canned scripts, and every message is answered within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
