We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Digital downloads or software

  • Clearance or final-sale items


2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at rrventerprises1030@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

  • A brief reason for return

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number, and

  • The return shipping address

Please do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


3. Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • RRV Enterprises LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

If we made an error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you by email that we have received your item, and

  • Inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at rrventerprises1030@gmail.com and we’ll assist you with the process.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item, and

  • The packaging

We will work quickly to replace or refund your order at no additional cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance, sale, or “final sale” items
